T008-Aluminum cargo hand truck and bicycle trailer
The T008 hand truck is made entirely of hardened aluminum sheet and profiles. The bent box structure of the duralumin chassis with a thickness of 4 mm guarantees extreme strength, and with the use of a full aluminum wheel axis with a diameter of 20 mm, the cart can be loaded with a load of up to 200 kg. The loading area of the trolley with dimensions of 76x46cm is intended for the installation of a plastic mason tub with a volume of 90L. However, it is of course possible to use any other superstructure according to the user's needs.
The T008 aluminum hand truck has a replaceable drawbar, so it can be used as a hand truck for transporting loads around the house, or when using a different type of drawbar, it can be used as a bicycle or ATV trailer.
Thanks to the 100% use of hardened aluminium-dural, the trolley weighs only 12kg with a load capacity of 200kg, including wheels and drawbar. In addition, Dural is not subject to corrosion, so it is possible to expose the truck to the weather for an unlimited period of time. Thanks to the material used, the life of the trolley is in the order of many tens of years. The product has no surface treatment. Aluminum will oxidize and turn darker over time. It has no effect on the life of the metal.
The trolley is designed to be very rigid, durable and intended for professional use. There are no bolted or riveted joints on it, but the entire carriage is TIG welded. Inflatable wheels of size 3.5-6" are equipped with ball bearings.
The cart is made in the Czech Republic and in terms of design quality it has competition only in the USA, where duralumin beach and fishing carts have a long tradition and, of course, a corresponding price starting at 650 USD.
